The difference: Android vs. iPhone data recovery
On Android devices, access is achieved using ISP or direct-read methods, which make direct contact with the memory lines. This allows raw data to be accessed even without a functioning system. On Apple devices, memory decryption is permanently tied to the CPU. Data recovery is therefore only possible through a functioning logic board or by reconstructing it – the memory chip itself cannot be read independently.
