MEB Internet GmbH & Co. KG provides a warranty on certain repairs. You can find the warranty terms for each type of repair in this overview.

1. Warranty – iPhone screen repairs

Warranty terms for iPhone screen repairs

MEB Internet GmbH & Co. KG provides a 12-month warranty on the advertised service and the replacement part used. The warranty period begins on the invoice date. Warranty coverage applies throughout Germany.

Warranty coverage

Our warranty covers proper performance of the repair, including functionality and defects in materials or workmanship. If the device arrived without a screen lock code or was not activated, preventing us from performing a functional test, we limit the warranty to the replaced parts.

Warranty remedies in the event of a defect

If a defect occurs during the warranty period, MEB Internet GmbH & Co. KG provides the following services under this warranty:

• Correction of the repair free of charge.
• Replacement of the part used.

Warranty exclusions

Warranty claims are excluded for damage caused by the following:

• Normal wear and tear.
• Improper handling.
• Physical impact (e.g. a drop).
• Unauthorized repair attempts.
• Repair attempts by third parties.
• Displays showing lines or spots.
• Moisture damage.
• Software or logic board faults.

If the warranty inspection reveals that the item was damaged by one of the exclusions listed above, the warranty provider reserves the right to charge a flat fee of 29,90 € for the work involved. In this case, repair of the item under warranty is not included.

Making a warranty claim

To make a warranty claim, ensure that the warranty provider can assess the claim (e.g. by sending in the item). Make sure the item is securely packaged to prevent damage in transit. You will not incur shipping costs for valid warranty claims. The warranty provider supplies a shipping label for sending the item in.

Please note that if purchased goods are defective, you can always contact us under your statutory warranty rights, regardless of whether the issue is covered by this warranty or whether you make a claim under it.

2. Warranty – iPhone battery replacement

MEB Internet GmbH & Co. KG provides a 3-month warranty on the advertised service and the replacement part used. The warranty period begins on the invoice date. Warranty coverage applies throughout Germany.

The warranty covers the repair being free of defects, including functionality and defects in materials or workmanship.

If a defect occurs during the warranty period, MEB Internet GmbH & Co. KG provides the following service under this warranty:

3. Warranty – Logicboard & FaceID repairs

MEB Internet GmbH & Co. KG would like to inform you that we do not provide a warranty on iPhone logic board repairs.

Important notes

• No warranty: No warranty is provided on iPhone logic board repairs. This means that we are not liable for any malfunctions or damage that may occur after the repair.
• At your own risk: Your iPhone logic board is repaired at your own risk. We accept no responsibility for any consequential damage or complete failure of the device after the repair.
• Inspection and repair procedure: Despite taking the utmost care when repairing iPhone logic boards, we cannot guarantee the continued functionality of the logic board.
• Statutory warranty rights: Regardless of this provision, you can always contact us under your statutory warranty rights if other parts or aspects of the service are affected.

4. Warranty – Water damage repairs

MEB Internet GmbH & Co. KG provides a 30-day warranty on the advertised service and the replacement part used. The warranty period begins on the invoice date. Warranty coverage applies throughout Germany. After 30 days: we accept no responsibility for any consequences that may arise after the repair. The repair is carried out at the customer's own risk.
