We work across Samsung Galaxy models. Whether Galaxy S, Note, A- or M-series, an older Android version or the latest version with Knox protection: the technical process remains the same. First diagnosis, then decryption, then the actual data recovery. This is precisely what sets it apart from the iPhone, where the memory is permanently linked to the Secure Enclave and nothing can be done without the known screen lock code.
A Galaxy stuck on the Samsung logo restarts endlessly. To those affected, it looks like a total loss. Technically, it is a boot problem, not a memory problem. The flash memory is intact; the operating system simply no longer boots. We bypass the boot process and read the memory directly.
Modern Samsung devices encrypt their memory – and the key is tied to your PIN, password or pattern. Without the screen lock code, the data therefore cannot simply be read out. Recovery is very complex, depends heavily on the model and software version, and is not possible for every device. The price is approximately 1.000 € and is confirmed after the model has been assessed. Important: Do not reset the device to factory settings or erase it remotely via “Find My Mobile”. Both permanently delete the data.
After water damage, corrosion continues even if the device looks dry on the outside. Do not switch it on, charge it, use a hair dryer on it or put it in rice. The sooner the Galaxy is chemically cleaned, the greater the chance of recovering all the data. We show how this works in the video above, using a Galaxy S23 as an example.
