Why the diagnosis 79,9 € costs
An honest diagnosis is more than a visual inspection. To give you a binding fixed price your device must be Galaxy S22 fully disassembled and checked assembly by assembly – because the same symptom can have very different causes.
A device that will no longer turn on could have a faulty battery, charging port, display – or a single component on the logic board. These possibilities can only be ruled out one at a time: measuring voltage rails, testing with known-good reference parts, and checking for signs of moisture and impact under a microscope.
Newer models also require opening from the back by design. The back cover is bonded all the way around and must be released using heat and specialist tools without damaging the frame or seal. The device is then professionally resealed – even if you decide against a repair.
Disassembly, testing all assemblies, and subsequent reassembly take our technicians a total of around 1–2 hours of hands-on work to complete. That is why we charge a fair flat fee of 79,9 € rather than making a wild guess.
If you decide to proceed with the repair after the diagnosis, the prepaid 79,9 € will be fully credited towards the repair price. If you decline, you pay only the flat fee – and your device will be returned Galaxy S22 free of charge and insured, including a written diagnostic report.
