Over 80 % of all iPhone repairs involve the display – typical drop damage with cracked glass, a black screen, or unresponsive touch. Next come faulty batteries (rapid discharge, swelling, an “Important Battery Message”), broken back covers, charging ports with intermittent connections, and camera glass damaged by a fall. Boot loops, an “iPhone that will not turn on”, Face ID failure, no cellular network (baseband), no Wi-Fi, or water damage are considerably more complex – for these, we work at logic board level using a microscope and hot air.
Screens on iPhone range from approximately 79 € to 449 €, depending on the model and generation. Battery replacements start at 49 €, and back cover repairs at 89 €. Our logic board repair (chip-level) starts at 99 € and goes up to around 299 €, depending on the work required. Data recovery is offered at a fixed price of 179,90 €, including a USB stick – you only pay if it is successful. All prices are fixed prices including parts, labour, and VAT.

We examine your iPhone in Bonn, replace the part under controlled conditions, and fully test the device. On-site display and battery repairs are usually completed within 60 minutes. Board-level repairs and data recovery take 3–7 business days including shipping.
For iPhone repairs, we use only original parts or OEM spare parts of original quality. We provide a 12-month warranty on all repairs, including installed parts. If a replacement part develops problems during the warranty period, we replace it free of charge. True Tone is retained on iPhones, and Face ID and fingerprint sensors work as usual after the repair.
You do not have to live in Bonn: from anywhere in Germany, you can send your iPhone to us via insured DHL shipping – the label is free, as is return shipping. Work is carried out at our workshop in the Sterntorhaus in Bonn. We serve private and business customers nationwide, including public authorities.
